These cakes are crispy, tasty, and low carb! Great as a lunch or appetizer, you won't miss the carbs!
1 egg 1 can chicken, drained 2 tbs french fried onions (to make gf, omit this ingredient) 1/2 bag oven baked cheese bites (I used Trader Joe's) 1 tbs almond flour 3 tbs mayo 1 tsp mustard Pinch of black pepper
1.In medium bowl, break up canned chicken with fork then add ALL other ingredients.
2. Preheat skillet to medium heat. Add olive oil when hot.
3. Add heaping tablespoon of mixture and flatten lightly in pan. Cook until golden brown on each side, about 2-4 minutes per side.
4. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels (or not! Cause, keto 💁🏾♀️)
