1 lb ground beef

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 pack of bacon


Canned Goods

2 cans tuna (packed in olive oil or water)

1 can sardines (optional)



Heavy cream

Butter (grass-fed is better)

Cheddar cheese

Parmesan cheese (the real stuff that comes in a wedge!)



Baby spinach

Spring salad mix

1 Tomato

1 Avocado

1 Onion (yellow or red)

2 green onions

1 head of garlic

1 head romaine

1 pint of berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries)

1 Zucchini

Bunch of parsley


Small piece of ginger



Reduced sugar ketchup 

Mayonnaise (recipe on blog)

Almond flour

Truvia or Erythritol

Coconut or avocado oil for cooking
